While undertaking open and fair mutual competition,
members shall at all times be aware of, and respond to, the
needs of temporary staff , customersCand the wider community. |

Members shall interact and communicate widely
within society and shall accurately and positively disclose
all required information to the Association and its membership. |

Members shall provide a working environment
within which contract workers may work comfortably and safely
while at all times respecting their personal and individual
needs. |

Members shall encourage and maintain good
relationships with relevant economic, political and administrative
groups for the benefit of the Association and its members. |
 |
Members shall assertively confront organizations
that seek to harm or undermine the normal order and safety of
the society in which we pursue our legitimate business. |

The Top Management of member organizations
shall adhere to the spirit of this Charter in all they do. In
particular, they shall set a good example for staff by acting
as positive role models and by constantly communicating and
reinforcing the ideal of effective ethical business leadership. |

The Top Management of member organizations
shall, on discovery of a breach of any part of this Charter
within its own organization, carry out a full, fair and transparent
investigation. On conclusion they shall apply a just, suitable
and long lasting remedy that severely deals with transgressors. |
